Today I weighed in at 209.4 lbs.  I have 2 weight loss goals, my first is to lose 50 total lbs (from my starting weight of 220) in order to be “allowed” to get a new tattoo.  The 2nd goal is to lose an additional .1 lbs so that I weigh 169.9 and can compete in my preferred weight class for 3 upcoming jiu jitsu tournaments.  If you see me about to eat something, smack me down.  If you see me in a stationary/sedentary position, get out the cattle prod.

1. Just finished the Jeopardy test.  I did okay but I came up short on at least 8 answers.  They don’t tell you your score.  Lame.

2. Working on at least 3 paintings at one time, yikes

3.  Training Jiu jitsu again.  Trial lesson on Thurs.  if I don’t die I will be trianing tues. and thurs. at 11am in Acworth at Gracie Barra.  Join me.

4.  1-26-09 I weighed 220lbs even.  Not good.  I’m barely 5′10″ and 18 months ago I weighed 176.

5.  I had carrots for breakfast today.
